People Leaders combines increasing HR knowledge and skills with on-the-job learning.

Often people leaders are expected to know how to lead without the support and development to do it really well.

To solve this, we created the People Leaders programme with seven in person workshops that cover the essential areas of HR for managers.

Workshops are designed to give participants the opportunity to put their learning into practice in a safe and supported environment.
