In many organisations, you become a supervisor or team leader because you are good at what you do and/or you’ve been there the longest. That’s cool with us. What we then see are people in these positions who need help understanding what being a Team Leader or Supervisor is about - you are now ‘the boss’ and not one of the guys/gals. It’s a tricky spot to navigate.

Our workshop gives you the foundations that are super practical and can make a difference to you immediately. You will the fundamentals of being a team leader or supervisor:

• Understanding what is expected of you as a leader

• Understanding how you work and how to get the best out of people (who are different to you)

• Communication, communication and communication

• Managing performance and having performance discussions

• The art of decision making and delegation

• Why looking after yourself is important
