We walk through the legislation in a very practical sense, identifying tips and tricks along the way, along with how to best manage leave as a people leader.
With most organisations having employees with sickness or medical issues, we specifically deal with how to manage these often sensitive situations carefully and respectfully, that manage risk and wider team impact appropriately.
