If you have employees, chances are you have already navigated a tricky employee health (physical or mental), wellbeing or leave situation, or you are dealing with this right now, or you will be one day soon.

We know managing employee health, wellbeing and leave situations are challenging and incredibly sensitive, and when they're not handled well, the complexity and risk can escalate, often quickly.

Whether you're dealing with:

  • An employee on long-term sick leave

  • Employees with mental health concerns

  • A potential medical incapacity situation

  • Someone whose wellbeing isn’t what it is normally

  • Complex ACC cases

  • A pattern of absenteeism (i.e. Mondayitis)

  • Someone who is at work but their performance is potentially impacted by their health

This workshop is designed to give you the knowledge and confidence to manage these situations well - with care and respect, in a way that's fair, thoughtful, considers the wider team and business impact. All supported by a good process from day one with communication and documentation.

Additionally, we will cover the pending Employment Leave Bill and how that may impact your organisation.
