Dealing with disciplinary issues and beyond

When the situation arises (and we know it does) people managers and leaders need to understand the steps involved in a good process (in a legal sense).  From initial inquires and investigation (at a high level), disciplinary invitations and meetings, asking good questions, consideration, outcomes (warnings) and future expectations. We cover it all and more.

For those times when situations result in a complaint or Personal Grievance, we discuss what to do in a very practical sense and when to get professional advice.

We also talk about strategies to look after everyone involved - these issues take their toll on people, managers and leaders included.

You will leave the workshop more knowledgeable and confident in the disciplinary process and managing risk, and importantly, know when and how to get professional advice.
