RYHR Recruitment
We do recruitment, differently
Hourly rate fees
All our recruitment work is charged on an hourly rate basis. No percentages, hidden fees, pre-payments or rebates.
It’s clean, transparent, and simple.
The way it should be.
Step by step
Our recruitment process is broken down into steps.
You choose what you want us to work on – it might be taking care of the entire process, only interviews, or anything in between.
Working with you
When you work with us, it is like having an internal recruiter on your team.
We are in this together and want a great outcome for you.

The RYHR recruitment process
Scoping
We get to know you, your team and business. This helps to understand the role and the person you are wanting, both now and in the future.
Candidate management
This needs to be top notch as it can be the difference between someone accepting an offer or not. We think of it as representing your brand (and ours).
We communicate regularly with candidates and show that we care throughout every recruitment process.
Advertising
Thinking about your organisation, the role, we prepare an advert that talks to your ideal person.
We agree an advertising plan (online, social and other media) and when you are happy, we are go!
Shortlisting
Using the job description, advert and knowing what your ‘non-negotiables’ are, we create criteria that means those great candidates stand out.
We are known for thinking outside the box here. If someone stands out to us but doesn’t tick all the boxes, we will be talking to you about them.
Search
Using our skills, internal systems, and both your and our networks, we search for those great candidates who may or may not be actively looking for a new job.
Interviewing
Let’s not always stick with the traditional process. You need to be confident that the person is the right one. This might mean doing things a little differently while ensuring that our process is robust.
Pre-employment checks
Determining the most appropriate pre-employment checks for the organisation and role and completing these on your behalf.
Make an offer
This is the best part – making someone’s day by offering them a job. We provide guidance on how to do this and where the law applies.
Paperwork
Ensure the written offer of employment is right for your organisation - legally compliant and best practice.
Day one and beyond
After the paperwork has been signed, we provide advice and support with: inductions / onboarding, probationary periods / trial periods, employee development and more.
