The process

Our recruitment process is broken down into steps. You choose what you want  us to work on – it might be taking care of the entire process, only interviews or anything in between.  

You are charged on an hourly rate basis for the work completed. No hidden fees,  pre-payments or rebates. It’s clean, transparent, and simple.  

When you work with us, it is like having an internal recruiter on your team – we  are in this together and want a great outcome for you. We regularly keep you in  the loop, discuss potential candidates with you (as you know what you are really  wanting), and represent your brand well.

Scoping

We get to know you and your business. This helps to understand the role and the person you are wanting, both now and in the future.

Advertising

Thinking about your organisation and the role, we prepare an advert that aims to find the right person in traditional and not so traditional places. When you are happy with the advertising plan, we are all go!

Search

Using our skills and both your own and our networks, we search for those great candidates who may or may not be actively looking for a new job.

Screening

Responding quickly to candidates to determine whether we need to talk further.

Interviewing

Let’s not always stick with the traditional process. You need to be confident that the person is the right one. This might mean doing things a little differently while ensuring that our process is robust.

Shortlisting

Using the role scope and advert, we create criteria that means those great candidates stand out.

Checks

Determining the most appropriate pre-employment checks for the organisation and role, and completing these on your behalf.

Make an offer

This is the best part – you make someone’s day and offer them a job. We provide guidance on how to do this.

Paperwork

Ensure the written offer of employment is right for your business and ticking all the boxes.

Day one & beyond

After the paperwork has been signed, we can provide advice and support with inductions, probationary periods, trial periods, employee development.
