Great news - Government funded HR support is available!
The Government announced on 15 April that the Regional Business Partner Network has been granted additional funding to assist businesses impacted by Covid-19.
What does this actually mean?
Eligible businesses can apply for fully-funded HR support and advice to help them navigate the impact of Covid-19 on their people and business. This can include:
Restructuring and redundancy processes;
Variations in employment agreements;
Employment issues;
Workforce/resource planning;
Flexible working arrangements;
Return to work planning; and
Temporary business closures.

Are you eligible?
To be eligible you must:
Have less than 50 full-time equivalent employees
Be GST registered
Be operating in a commercial environment
Be a privately owned business, a Maori Trust or incorporation operating under the Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993 or similar
Be registered on the Regional Business Partner Network – registration takes about 15 minutes via the website (CLICK HERE )
Have connected with a Regional Business Partner Growth Advisor and undergone an assessment with them
Applications are usually processed within five working days and all services must be delivered and invoiced before 30 June 2020.
We are a registered service provider. Once qualified, you can use this funding to work with us on your HR / people needs.
