Lauren Overend
Lauren brings experience across both HR and operational leadership, giving her a practical understanding of the realities of managing people and leading teams, as well as navigating the complexities of workplace and employment matters.
Her background spans a range of sectors including recruitment, manufacturing, FMCG, insurance, and both local and central government, working with organisations from large corporates through to smaller local government organisations.
Curious by nature, Lauren’s inquisitive, calm and considered approach helps clients navigate with ease the challenges and everyday realities that come with running a business.
Lauren is our South Manawatū Consultant, based in Ōhau. When she’s not working with clients you’ll usually find her on her small hobby farm learning about permaculture, animal husbandry and building fences.
