Why in-house HR works

Many organisations (many of which are SMEs) either do not have the volume of work or cannot afford or attract their own people/ HR experts.

Managers/ owners / Boards know they want to improve how their people are managed and led but are unsure how to go about it.

That’s where RYHR comes in!

How it works

Your dedicated RYHR consultant spends time with you and your managers at your workplace each week or fortnight, over an agreed number of months, at a reduced hourly rate.

Together we agree to focus on specific actions while getting to know you all a little better. Regular reporting and communication is essential and we adjust priorities as needed.

With time, trust builds and you and the team get more value from your HR team. Your managers will look for advice and support earlier, new initiatives are launched, your people/ HR systems and processes actually work for your team, and our personal favourite - HR becomes more strategic.
